Hanging in there

I'm still doing ww. I got the 10% keychain 8 days ago and went bonkers for a week with my eating. I confessed to my leader last week and I'm back on track.

Well I decided to drop my membership to the health club since I have been missing in action any way. On tomorrow I will do a series of P90, P90 MS, & PHH. I think I will improve the amount of exercise I'll do if I do it in the morning.

Going through another blah moment

Ok here comes the good and bad news. The good news is that I lost 10% of my weight since I joined ww on Saturday. The bad news is that I have been pigging out every since. Roll Eyes I know! I know! There are no excuses. But it was so hard loosing 10% and I am afraid that it will take forver to loose the rest {10% was 214 lbs (lost 23 lbs) and goal is 180 lbs.} I wish it was easy to take the weight off as it is to put it on.

Maybe posting my next goal will get me out of this funk (I didn't work out today, too.) My goal for Valentines day weekend is to weigh 199 lbs. I'll be going on a cruise and I must look good in a two peice.

Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

Look for the way out

It is usually difficult but there is always a way out of breaking your meal plan. Today is a half day and my co-workers and I usually go out for lunch. I brought my lunch and since they could not figure out where they wanted to go besides fast food I decided to stay here and eat. What a load off of my shoulders.

It went up

Well I gained 0.4 lbs. I consider it maintaining my weight. Thats not bad considering that I did not work out at all. Hopefully this will help me get motivated to work out today. I'm glad I went to my meeting on Saturday. Meetings really help me to stay focused. It also helps to see that others are trying to live a healthy lifestyle as well.  I also love the fact that life time members come to meetings. They are living proof that I can not only reach my goal but maintain it as well.  My goal is to loose 6 lbs this month (216). This can be done if I stay focused and work out at least 5 days a week. Actually, I expect to loose 4lbs this week since I have not worked out for two weeks. So heres to reaching goals and making my way to the gym.

To go or not to go

I'm a little scared about my weigh-in today. I have not worked out at all. Although I have stayed on point I know that working out really boosts the weight loss. This is my second week back at work and I have worked out a total of  4 times. I have to do better next week with working out. Valentine's day will be here before I know it. I must look good for my cruise.

I have been so busy with work, school, and working out to blog. W.W. is helping me with my eating. I have lost 15 lbs. I need to loose 8lbs to have lost 10% of my original w.w. weight and 46 lbs to reach my goal weight. Hopoefully I will reach my 10% by November and my goal weight by next summer. Here's to reaching goals and staying on point.

Confession is good for the soul

I binged all day Friday and Saturday. Needless to say I gained back 4lbs. I'll be ok. I was really down at first. I'm feeling better now. I'm just going to measure everything and stop buying packs of junk food. I'll buy the single serving on my reward day. I just can't having junk food available. At least I'm trying to learn from my mistakes. So I started my binge free days count over. So today is day 4 cycle 1. I am determined to make it 28 days without a binge.

I can't believe it!

I lost four more pounds this week. It probably would have been more if I wouldn't have had a binge on Friday. I guess my body is just ready to drop the weight. Well I won't complain. Just checking in for accountability.

I have lost 4 lbs. I guess ww is working. I'll give it a couple of more weeks before I can say if I like it or not. I also got my body fat tested.My upper body is great (24% body fat) but my lower body is (stomache) 30 and 35% (thighs) body fat. My body's fat percent is 29%. My personal trainer says if I loose 40 pounds then I will be at the healthy weight range for my height and body type. So my new goal is to weigh 195lbs. Now don't get me wrong. I still want to weigh 175 but 195 feels more attainable and it helps me realize that this is more about me being healthy. So I guess my exercising has not been in vain. If I can just stay on point with my eating then I will be a diva yet.

Well Monday I joined ww. I'm doing the core plan. I haven't wanted to cheat or anything yet. For my 35 weekly reward points I decided to do 5 points each day. Since I did so well with my eating I'm going to go get a manicure. I also scheduled a massage for 8/7 to encourage myself to keep up the great work. This will be my first time getting a professional massage. Shoot, the money I'm saving on not eating fast food will pay for these rewards.

I can't wait until my weigh in to see if I am going to have progress. If nothing comes off then I need to switch my birth control. Something has got to give for pete's sake.
