Hanging in there
I'm still doing ww. I got the 10% keychain 8 days ago and went bonkers for a week with my eating. I confessed to my leader last week and I'm back on track.
Well I decided to drop my membership to the health club since I have been missing in action any way. On tomorrow I will do a series of P90, P90 MS, & PHH. I think I will improve the amount of exercise I'll do if I do it in the morning.
