It went up
Well I gained 0.4 lbs. I consider it maintaining my weight. Thats not bad considering that I did not work out at all. Hopefully this will help me get motivated to work out today. I'm glad I went to my meeting on Saturday. Meetings really help me to stay focused. It also helps to see that others are trying to live a healthy lifestyle as well. I also love the fact that life time members come to meetings. They are living proof that I can not only reach my goal but maintain it as well. My goal is to loose 6 lbs this month (216). This can be done if I stay focused and work out at least 5 days a week. Actually, I expect to loose 4lbs this week since I have not worked out for two weeks. So heres to reaching goals and making my way to the gym.
