To go or not to go
I'm a little scared about my weigh-in today. I have not worked out at all. Although I have stayed on point I know that working out really boosts the weight loss. This is my second week back at work and I have worked out a total of 4 times. I have to do better next week with working out. Valentine's day will be here before I know it. I must look good for my cruise.
