Hello...
I know it's been about a month since I last blogged. But I'm still around and doing pretty okay. My weight has been up and down as usual, but I am still making more of an effort to eat right and exercise more. It's just that when I get into a rut, I turn to my kryptonite: JUNKFOOD. And for the past month, it's been kryptonite-city. Just a purely stressful period. But thankfully, I'm getting through it. I see a light at the end of the tunnel, and it's not an oncoming train. I just need to get through the next few weeks or so and I'll be out of the tunnel.
My goals for next week are:
- Exercise at least 4 times this week.
- Get in my 64 oz of water every day (I've already done 32 oz today, so I'm halfway there).
- Start taking the stairs again at work.
- Stop eating after 8:00 p.m.
