I've been gone how long???
I had no idea that Jan. 9th was the last time I posted. See what had happened was....Don't you love it when people start like that? Anyway, my daughter and I chose the month of Jan. to be sick. Yep. She got sick first, and as a way to thank me for being such a wonderful mom, she made sick. Aren't children wonderful? Of course, during this time, I fell of track. As a result, I gained 2 lbs. Am I upset about this? Not really. I'm determined to lose it by next week's weigh in. By the way, I still haven't had any soda. Only water and tea with Splenda. And I'm still keeping up with my food journal.
So my goals for this week:
- Exercise at least 4 days this week.
- No eating at 8:00 p.m. (had to put this one back on here).
- Only 1 dessert per week (this is going to be hard with it being Girl Scout cookie time)
By the way, check out Tatumsmom blog for Jan 23rd. She posted the Self Magazine's article on calculating your Happy Weight. Mine is 132.13lbs. They're right, I will be really REALLY happy at that weight!
