Good Morning...
Had a busy week last week, so I didn't get a chance to blog. However, I did log my weight for the 5th and I weighed in today. Looks like I'm finally losing. Praise GOD!! It felt good for the scale not to read 239, 240, or 241. And since I went on a cookie binge over the weekend, I didn't expect to see a drop like that this morning. To say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. Hopefully I can keep it up. I was talking to Timothea1 and she mentioned that she wants to be 214 by 2/14. I like that idea. I think I'll do it too.
Goal this week:
- Work out every morning for 20 minutes with Walk Away the Pounds.
- Walk on Saturday and Sunday
- Get at least 3 regular work outs in at the gym this week.
- Continue keeping my food journal (I really hate doing that).
