It's Wednesday...

And a very sad week for us Redskin Fans....And the NFL.  My prayers and condolences go out to the Family and Friends of Sean Taylor.

Did any of you see "The Biggest Loser" last night?  Even though I've been rooting for the Black team, I was so sad to see "B" go.  I wonder what Kim will do now that she doesn't have a red team to train.  I don't know about you all, but that show has been an inspiration and  a source of motivaiton for me.  I play a game with myself during the commercials.  I try to do some type of activity like jogging in place, jumping jacks, crunches, etc. from the time the commercial starts until the show starts again.  Believe me, this is not easy when they play so many commercials back to back.  But it gets me up and moving so I won't feel like a couch potato.  Besides, I only watch about 2-3 hours of television a day, usually between the hours of 8-11.  Is that too much TV?

Anyway, after a month of not blogging, I am only down one pound.  It's not a gain, so I'm not complaining. 

Goals for the week: 

  1. Work out at least 4 times this week
  2. Take the stairs from the parking garage at work (I park on B-3 level, so I'm walking up 3 floors)
  3. Stay within my points values and try to use only 30 flex points this week. I'm trying to wean myself off and not depend on them so much.
