Hello
Don't feel like thinking up a title for this one. Just checking in to say that I'm down 3 pounds. Hope everyone is doing well. I think I did pretty good this past week. I didn't do the Tae Bo every day like I planned, but I did get it in at least 3 times. I only worked out 3 days last week, but I did stay as active as I could. I did stay on plan, but I still need to work on writing everything down.
Goals for this week are:
- Work out at least 4 days.
- No candy at all! This is where I use most of my flex points. When I want something sweet, then I'll grab a piece of fruit or something.
- Continue with the Tae Bo. I think I only shoot for 3 days this week.
