A month of dieting

I am on day 32 of my diet. After a few ups and downs I have lost approx 11 pounds. I feel like this is a pretty good number. It is hard to adjust to lower number after I am use to massive weight loss. Remembering how it was much eaisier to loss the first 100lbs and now having to fight for every pound the thinner I become.

the mental game

First off, congratulations.

I believe that losing weight is pretty easy when I'm not focused on it so much. I find it a lot harder to lose if I am too focused on what I can or can't eat/drink. But I lost ten pounds that I had been fighting to lose for over three months and I lost in within a month when I stopped worrying about what I couldn't drink or eat. I don't know if you noticed this or not, but this is my situation. Of course exercise is a big reason for the weight loss I know and going back to work three days a week helped as well.
