2 MORE TO LOOSE

So this week has been a total downer. My IUD got expelled out again, I wasn't trying to do any strenuous movements but it still came out! what a waste of a week!. Also last weekend I had family and friends over for a good old Mexican bbQ and I am sure that's where my 2 extra pounds came in! Because I just couldnt contain myself on the delicious food. But I have been procrastinating again. UGH what must I do to get my butt of this couch and go for a walk a 30 minute walk is that too much to ask for!!!!! I just cannot get my mind straight Think it do it is it that hard NO but why is my body not doing it?? I go to bed feeling so guilty then I say I'll do it tomorrow...here I go again maybe tomorrow.

Hey the name is maria. I am a mother of 2 and a wifey type. I went overboard on both pregnancy due to bed-rest and horrible diets. Now being a stay at home I must try my best to overcome procrastination and overall laziness to get to my goal of 175 that means I must loose close to 40lbs. Having two kids a 3yr. old and a 1 month old will not make it easy and throw in house chores and cooking. I need to do it for myself and for my health. WISHING MYSELF LUCK!
