I am taking strawberries to snack on during the debate. I still have 3 more points. I am thinking wine upon my return home.

Back to planning...

Just start out by knowing that while I made the best possible choices the last two days (with the exception of a whole cookie when I only needed a bite)... I know I probably went over my points each day. So let's get back to planning!

Tuesday:

Brekkie: Starbucks - 2 points

Snack: Black Pepper Popcorn - 3 points

Lunch: Sammy, Yogurt, Dried Fruit - 6 points

Snack - Bubble Tea - 4 points

Snack: Strawberries, String Cheese, Crackers - 5 points

Dinner: South Beach Dinner - 6 points

What I have eaten today and plan for Sunday

Today:

Brekkie - Starbucks - 4 points

Snack - Yogurt and Strawberries - 3 points

Lunch - Sammy, Tangerine, Prunes - 5 points

Snack - Pork Steamed Bun - 5 points

Dinner - Spaghetti and Vegetarian Meatballs - 5 points

I know I have points left but I am hot and tired and had to force myself to eat the spaghetti which luckily I had frozen last time I made it. No appetite and I am force feeding myself water as well to keep from heat exhaustion.

Sunday

Brekkie - Starbucks - 2 (apparently a grande light coffee frap with one pump of chai syrup is 150/.5/3)

Snacks in my purse - Dried fruit (2 bags) - 2 points, kashi cereal with almonds - 2 points

I don't know what lunch or dinner will look like but I am leaving 20 points between them.

Dinner, Dessert and Saturday

Ummmmm yeah about last night. Stupid dessert bar... and communal ordering for dinnner!

Dinner: PF Changs... using NI, I am figuring 1/3 of every plate except the lettuce wrap (which was less than that)

1 chicken lettuce wrap (3), Cucumbers in soy and oil salad (1), Brown Rice (4), Beef Noodles (13), Honey Chicken (8), Sparkling Wine (2)

Dessert (because yes, it does it better... nope no it doesn't): 1 petite four (4), 1 bite of banana and one bite of strawberry (0), 1 lady finger (1), small handful of M&Ms (2).

Sooooo I had 5 points going into all of that (and 29 flexies)... and my points used was 38.... so I am NEGATIVE 4 FLEX for the week. And I still have a couple tough days ahead. However... I think I did a good job of navigating the food that was communally ordered and split. I also listened to my stomach regarding hunger. And this time frame was 6 hours. The food I ordered was the lettuce wrap, cucumber and brown rice.... and I would have just stuck to those if I diidn't have to share the. I also didn't overeat.... the other food was just VERY high in points :-(

I have a tournament today but I am bringing my lunch:

Brekkie: Starbucks (4)

Snack: Strawberries (1) and Yogurt (2)

Lunch: Tangerines (2), Sandwich (3), Prunes (1)

Pending how hot it is.... I will then do one of the following:

Order sushi in. Buy some popsicles. Maybe a fruit tea smoothie..

Or if it is cooler and I can actually cook...

Baked spiced cauliflower (0), bean and cheese burrito (4), beet chips (1)

Yeah it all depends LOL.

What have I eaten so far today...

So dinner and prom are still to come but it will be a late night so here goes what I have had so far:

Starbucks Frappucino -- 4points

Cookie -- 2points

Sushi -- 10points

Cookie -- 2points

Bellini (the russian pancake) -- 2points

So I have 6 more points plus possible flex usage. I may be going out to dinner, so I will have to figure it out as I go :-(

 

Plan for Friday

Starbucks on the way to school.... 4 points

15 points at the amusement park

Iced espresso on the way home to get ready for prom.... 0 points

Strawberries and a Sammy at home quickly.... 4 points

I have 3 points plus APs for either more Starbucks, or some dessert at prom

 

Yeah I need to stop overcommitting :-)

What did I really eat on Thursday?

Um yeah... I totally tracked AND used flex but hey I tracked! My tummy was weird all day so I just tried to listen to it and stay within my points. I am currently making cupcakes for a bake sale so I enjoyed some icce cream in order to prevent a cupcake binge. I thought that was a good trade off.

Brekkie: Starbucks Frap (4)

Snack: Sammy (3)

Lunch: Popcorn (3) and Strawberries (1)

Snack: Bubble Tea (4)

Dinner: Chipotle (10)

Snack: Ice Cream (6)

Plan for Thursday

I am walking to work today!

Brekkie: Starbucks Frap on my way to work! (4 points)

Snack: Butter and Black Pepper Popcorn (3 points)

Lunch: Ham Sammy, Asparagus and Fava Bean Salad, Strawberries (6 points)

Snack: Yogurt and Steel Cut Oats Mix (4 points)

Dinner: I am going to the league coaches meeting. There will probably be sandwiches from Togos. IF the sandwiches don't have mayo, I will have one of those. I am also bringing a travel pack of ff tuna salad and crackers which I can eat if there are no good choices. I will also have a cookie because there are always cookies and I will binge if I don't plan. So either sammy and cookie for 10 pts or...

Tuna and Crackers (3 pt) and Cookie (2 pt)

and then come home and have veggie stir fried rice for another 5 points.

 

And I realize I may be short on veggie servings (2 in lunch salad, 2 in strawberries, 1 in oatmeal, 1 in either sammy or stirfry) so I will also slice some kolrahbi and snack on that at some point.

What I have eaten so far today for real....

I hate when I see what is being served for lunch.... blah!!!!!

Brekkie: Steel Cut -- planned -- 2points

Snack: Frap -- planned -- 4points

Lunch: Corn dog, chips and guac, strawberries -- only strawberries planned -- 12 points

Snack: Coco crisps -- not planned -- 2points

Snack: Jamba Juice and Chips -- not planned -- 5points

 

Oh and confession... after I blogged last night I had 2 points worth cherries.

 

Plan for the rest of the night: brown rice and veggie stirfry and shumai.

 

Points reset tomorrow... look for me to post a plan later tonight...

 

Oh and I LOST tonight!!! 1.6!!!!!
