Plan for Wednesday
Brekkie: Venti Frap and Fruit Salad (4 points)
Snack: Turkey, BBQ Pop Chips, Laughing Cow, Carrots (3 points)
Lunch: Roast Beef Sammy, Plums, Pear (5 points)
Snack: Almonds and Cereal (2 points)
Snack on Way to Night Class: Grande Frap, Popcorn (3 points)
Snack at Work: Beef Jerky and Fruit Leather (3 points)
Snack at Home: Zucchinni Chips (1 point)
I have 5 points unplanned. Today (Tuesday) I ended up going over points because my assistant brought cookies and I didn't have time to grab my planned dinner and ended up eating on the road. So I want a cushion but I will have something in addition to zuke chips if I have points left.
