So far, so good! I haven't eaten anything inappropriate yet today and it's already almost 11:00! 
Seriously, I am on track and it feels MUCH better!

are harder than others, but I love that you're back on track. This weight loss thing is definitely a challenging journey, that's for sure, and things come up (life totally gets in the way).
I hope everyone/everything in your household is on it's way back to normalcy.
