so i have been doing really good about not having candy, soda, or fast food.  tom will be a week.  i havent really missed it yet.  ive brought wheat thins with me to work, lots of bottles of water, lots of juice at home.  Probably still not eating as well as I want to be.  Today i had 2 bowls of raisin oatmeal cereal for breakfast.  For lunch a thing of applesauce, left over mac n cheese (very small portion), a hotdog, and some slices of cheese.   Not the BEST meal ever but better than McDonald's or Pizza Hut hopefully.  I am not sure what to have for dinner now. 

I did buy a watermelon the other day, unfortunately it wasn't any good when I cut it open and ended up just throwing it away. 

well better go figure out something for dinner? and what the plan is for the rest of the evening.
been feeling depressed lately.  can't wait to move home.

more bad eating.

another day of poor eating.  mostly bc its the day before payday and i am poor.  i finished off my grad mints and now i am done making them. 

tom morn i have to wake up for my cycle class...and than i am going to the grocery store to find something healthy to eat? well i might come home and shower and go back to bed for a while first.

its friday and my day off tom.  i cant wait and on top of that.. PAY DAY!!
there is a short film screening tom night in kc so im hoping to go.  lorene and russel might go and scott if he is home will hopefully go.

i need to start looking at my finances a little closer.  start a little bit of a savings so that i can live when i get home, or for the month of august.  im going to have to find a new job soon.  scary. :S  i am going to look at banks, vet clinics, and check into pharmacies as a pharmacy tech.  just cant really figure out for sure where i want to be, who i want to be with, or what i want to do.

i am going to buy a watermelon tom. and sweet corn!! yay

so im going to try and give up candy and soda.   GAH this might be really really tough!  im going to try and make it to noon for sure lol.

well i have been eating horribly.  but i have been trying to make it to the 5:30am cycle class at the gym three times a week.  unsuccessful.  but i WILL be there on Friday morning!
i need to start eating better so i have more energy.

eight foods im planning on adding to my diet.   cantaloupe, kiwi, water, oatmeal, chicken, seaweed (mmm sushi), black beans (prob wont add this one, i like my pinto),  and almonds (this will make a good snack for at work!) 

i need to also make it to the crunch class. 

i want to tone my body and try to get rid of the cellulite.

ups and downs

last week was a good week i felt up most of it.
but this week im starting to feel low again. 
ive been really good at not drinking pop and i have hardly had fast food in two weeks.  ive been bringing my lunch to work and going to the gym and rollerblading.. i need to get to the tan beds much more this week so i look right in my neon swim suit... sigh.. i cant wait for the 4th of july. 
just some interaction with normal people


back to the weight business.. i would like to be at least 120-125 by march and toned for my costa rica trip. 

quitting caffeine!

woo hooo.. its been a long time since i could say i was one twenty something. feels nice hopefully i can continue to hit those numbers! 5'10, 110 still not sure if thats my goal.

seems no matter how many pills i take and how much i exercise or how little i eat or how well i eat i cant lose weight...

im giving my self a year and then if im not where i wanna be by my birthday im going to save for that surgeory.. hmmm :S

oh and im fucking sick of guys. beyond belief

MAXIM

im working on something.. hopefully
MAXIM...has this thing called hometown hotties that i would really like to enter in.   i am talking to a guy i met who's friend is a really good photographer about getting some photos taken to enter.  i need to enter 3.  along with that i am going to be working out nonstop.  i have been reading the bios on the girls that have already entered and the heaviest girl i saw weighed 130 and was 5'11... ouch.. im heavier and shorter :S

so i need to lose up to ten pounds i hope in the next couple weeks.  hopefully i dont chicken out on this. im not going to say anything about it to anyone until i actually enter the photos.....

had a ton of fun this weekend! spent to much money tho.
133. makes me hella happy... and i got more of those pills that burn fat so i think that  and the exercise are helping.
   and i wore my size 2 capris today!

damn drinking all night and calories and cheese
anyway.. i was lazy today too and dint work out.

im going home for thanksgiving next week!
