Boring Food but it's working for Now
Lost 6lbs during the first week. Eating one bowl of cereal ( actually two for the normal sized person) protein shake, a wedge of cabbage, 2 cans of tuna packed in water, scads of carrots and a supper so small you can still see my plate and no seconds. Those last two sure are unique for me as I could have used side boards on my plate and very few leftovers made it to the frig and those that did were dispatched before sunrise the next day.
