Okay, I've been kind of consistent on my running.  I've been getting it in at least twice a week. I haven't been to the gym as much as I want. MAYBE once a week. I need to lift more.  The running is great for weight loss.  And I like how it makes me feel.  But I really need to fix all of this loose skin.  I need to get my butt in the gym to do that.

I can’t believe she talked me into this…..

 I’ve set a new goal (which I hope will increase motivation, Lord knows I need it). I’m going to work towards a marathon, SLOWLY. I plan to increase my running time each week, little by little, while reducing my weight training at the same time, so my workouts will continue to be 1.5-2 hours 3x a week.
 
Tentative plan for now:
5K in January 2009
0.5 marathon in spring 2009
Dallas marathon in December 2009
 
Holy sh*t!!!!

I did it

I managed to get in my full workout this morning.

I LOVE how I feel after working out.  I have more energy, and my workday seems more productive.  I even sleep better, and have TONS more patience.  Why the heck can't I stick to it????

Back on the wagon....AGAIN

I have NO motivation.  I brought my workout bag to work 5 times in the last two weeks, and haven't managed to make use of it yet.

I'm distracted today by the icky weather, and the shocking electric bill I just received.  Plus AF started yesterday, BLECK.

I guess tomorrow is as good a time as any to get BACK on the wagon again.  I pray I have the strength and motivation to get my a$$ up and go workout before work tomorrow.  Wish me luck.
