I think it's time to post - 20 days 'til my cruise!
Hi everybody! It's been a while since I've actually written anything in this blog. Well, I'm on my countdown to get to 145lbs before July 10th, which is the day of my 4 day cruise. It's not very long, but looking back at the past cruise pictures, I need new pics to replace those fat 200lb-me pics. I pick 145 lbs, a high goal, for two reasons. One: If I don't make it to 145lbs, I still hit my 2nd goal of being at the low 150's and Two: Since my 2nd goal was low 150's. on the cruise I can "splurge" and have 5 pounds to "play" with. I hope I get to 145lbs. There's a lot of yummy food onboard I want to try without feeling guilty. Although last time I did get to try a lot of yummy foods that were diet-friendly.
I've changed my diet to help with my goal. I've reduced my carb intake. I eat carbs early in the morning and at night.
Breakfast: 16 oz. Reduced Sugar Fruit Loops w/ Skim Milk
Snack 1: A medium banana & Activia Vanilla yogurt
Lunch: Salad with spray-on dressing and 1 tbsp of Bacon-O's
Snack 2: A mixed fruit cup and a mozzerella cheese stick
Dinner: Lean Cuisine French Bread Pizza (gotta have my pizza fix while everybody around is eating the "good" stuff... trick my brain...LOL)
Snack 3: Healthy Choice Fudge Bar
The salad is for before cruise... I usually eat a Lean Cuisine meal under 300 calories. I've been really good at eating a salad for lunch...even on the weekends, which is a miracle.
I'm at 159lbs... 14lbs away from my cruise goal. Wish me luck!!
