So freggin' depressed

I gained a pound!!! And before the cruise!! That's what I get for having more snacks than I should...And getting tastes here and there from my boyfriend's food... I gotta stop... I'm 12 days away from the cruise!! I think it might be stress that I'm snacking so much... I have so much to do before I leave and they keep piling unrelated things on me at work and home... I'm literally breaking out from stress... HELP!!!

I'm so sorry you're feeling stressed. Take a deep, big breath and know this is temporary.  You're doing great with your weight loss, 20 lbs down?! that's wonderful!   Maybe take time for yourself, a long walk or a bath, or go get a pedicure if you can and reflect on how far you've come and reaffirm your plan for reaching your goal - which you will!   I have to be really careful to plan ahead for healthy take with me snacks - especially to functions and work. It'll be easy for you to get back on plan and stay there :)

I know I can get back on track...I can't afford a pedicure right now (I spent a lot of money on the little-bottled stuff for the cruise...and I still need to get empty bottles) but I do need to unwind. As for snacking, it's always when I get home and go to my boyfriend's house that I "binge"... I tell him to eat at the same time I do so the smell of his food doesn't tempt me when I don't have food in front of me... but it always happens that his stuff is bigger (which takes longer to cook and eat) and so I feel like stuffing my face while he eats... *sigh* I complain too much. I should get back to the positives and reflect on the 20 lbs I have lost...Thanks for the advice!!
