Wow ive done bad
I have done so bad ive slowly started to gain weight, but it added up to a huge number that I dont want to see anymore. My goal this year is to get down to a healthy weight for my body, to fell better and be able to live a healthy lifestyle. It is going to take alot of time but I see the need to do it now I want to start a family but I know with the extra weight it is not healthy for me or a baby so im starting today. My mini goal is to start slow and eat healthier and exercise atlest 4 times a week, my goal is to lose two pounds a week. I will keep yall posted.
