Busy Week

WOW one busy week, I started back to school (taking 5 classes). Its been crazy trying to figure when im going to eat and when I can workout. But I managed to lose 4 pounds!! Next weeks goal is to fit in some work outs.

Im stuck in a bad place

Im stuck ive went up to 180 and havent moved. But I have done nothing to help it. My goal is to lose 10 pounds by the 1st of September. Im going big for this goal b.c I have to put in to my mind that I can do this, I really need this. Wish me luck, I need it.

A Better Day

So I got up this morning feeling much better!! Me and my hubby went and worked out, we did some arm weights, crunches and cardio. all together it was a little less than an hour!! I can feel it in my stomach

Feeling Sick

The past two days I have felt sick to my stomach with whatever I ate, I havent been able to work out because of it im hoping it needs by tomorrow

Doing Good

Im feeling good so far with my goals. I do feel that I could do a little better with eating more fruits and vegatables, but the only fruit I have in my house is bananas and I like to make a smoothe when I eat them. I haven't had a very big workout yet, yesterday me and my hubby hand washed both of our cars, then went for a little swim. So I do have some workouts to do. But over all im feeling good!

This Week's Goals

Starting today im going back on Weight Watchers, I haven't been eating right since May, and its time to change that. So this week I have a few mini goals to get to. First I want to eat more fruits and vegetables. Second stop eating when im not hungry. Third exercise atleast 5 times this week (starting today and going untill next Friday). And my last mini goal is to lose 2 pounds. I will keep yall posted.

A Good Workout

 

 

So I went to the gym!! I walked for 55 mins!! and tired to run, it wasn't much but I did it!!

Staying the Same

I weighed myself this morning and I am still at 177. I guess im happy because I didnt gain anything but im sad that I havent lost anything. I did go to the gym at my apartment the other day, its really nice but no stair master (thats my favorite), but I did work on my goal to start to run. I made it for about 5 minutes before I had to stop. My long time goal is to be able to run with my husband ( about 2 miles) and stay with him. So this weeks goal is to go to the gym atleast 5 times and workout for 45 mins.

All I wanted is to workout

 

So tonight I finally got my husband to go and workout with me!!! We walk down to the gym at our apartment...and there closed. I was pissed. So he wanted to go to base ( which we did and drove 8 miles both ways) just to get there and find out they had been closed for an hour and a half. So they I was really pissed off, so I went to play basketball, but that didnt do anything I think I was there for about 10 mins and gave up. So after that we went swimming, were I only worked out for maybe 10 mins. So tomorrow is another day to get started I guess.

Going Down and Staying Down

Okay I know I said I would do my weigh-in's on Tuesday but I really couldn't wait. I was so tired of seeing 180.0 again, so I weighed myself today and have gone down to 177.0. Its a big start and I never want to see it back up again.
