I'm back.....two years later....but I'm back
I'm not even sure if anyone I used to know is still here, but I was thinking about this site the other day and all the nice people I met here. Looking at the last post before life got the best of me....I'll report they got all of the melanoma...and I didn't have to have any treatment....so that is good. Had a few other hicups in the health department....but all is well now. My family life is beyond crazy...but I will share that later......but in looking at my weight.....I didn't gain it all back and that is good news. I started a new diet yesterday called the 17 day diet....and this time I'm starting out in onederland....so that is a hurdle I won't have to get over this time around. I'm going to be back on a regular basis to track my progress, and journal.....that really helps.....so I'm off to see what's new and maybe find some old friends or make new ones.
