Won't Miss These
I have been doing pretty good so far. We went to the gym on Monday and are planning to go again tonight. The last time I went to the gym I really worked up a sweat. Since I am so heavy I am concerned about how hard I should work. I just turned 40 and am healthy. I wonder if there is a place to find out what my goal should be for the weight that I am? If anyone knows, please leave me a comment. Speaking of comments..thanks so much for the encuoraging comments. They sure mean a lot.
I decided to start a list of things I will NOT miss about losing weight.
#1 I will not miss being tired and feeling like a slug all the time.
#2 I will not miss looking at the stairs as a major hurdle. I won't miss being really winded when I climb a small amount of stairs. I won't miss looking at the stairs and trying to find the elevator instead. I will take the stairs most of the time when I get a big chunk of this weight off!!!
#3 I will not miss the debate I have in my head when I go to a restaurant. Should I risk the booth or just ask for a table. Will the hostess know right away that I don't want a booth because it will be uncomfortable (because I am too darn big!). I think I will ONLY sit in booths in the future. I just might boycott tables all together!
