Week 1

Week 1 Report.

I did great!

All week I stayed with water, yogurt, fruit and other low calorie healthy snacks and I also exercised quite a bit and weightlifted.

Sunday is the only day I did bad, I figured it was my free day. I ate some french fries and pie and some bad things today.

This is okay because my goal for next week is to not have a free day. I will try to go from Monday to Monday without indulging.

Sometimes its hard being a teen and not out on my own since my parents buy so many yummy snacks that I have been convincing myself not to eat.. but I figure the end result is all worth it to me.

My New Goal

My name is Kim and I am a 17 year old male... Why am I here you may ask?

The answer is simple.. I want to make my body look good.

now you may say " your only 17 your body will still change" or whatever.

Well I am not overweight and I am in pretty good shape, but I want to be in great shape.

I could lose about 10 to 15 pounds to be where I want to be throw some muscles into the equation and I would be satisfied.

I am a pretty thick kid, I played football but I am not very tall I stand about 5'10 I am not fat I am just a little flabbier than I would like..

I think of it this way- I am in high school and I want to enjoy high school and I want to have a great sculpted body to do that with. I want to do it.

I can do it.

some of you may find this funny but I have a technique to use..

I just ate Mcdonalds and I am about to watch the movie "super size me". I know its goofy but I think that it might get my mind on order to make change.

I will start tomorrow, I will wake up in the morning eat breakfast and then exercise and build my own exercise routine.

Starting tomorrow I will not be eating any junk food and I will be very strict on myself.
I will drink water for every meal and time I am thirsty.
and I will keep track of what I eat on this forum here. including calories.

I would be thankful for help, tips, encouragement and whatever else you guys have to offer.
