Yep... you read the scale right
Up i go to 209, or atleast thats what the scale said this morning. Ive had a lot go on in the past few months. Ive had to say goodbye to some people that were making my life unhealthy. I also had a death of a friend that was really close to me. Horrible things, but excuses to not eat right, and rarely exercise. Truthfully, im still unmotivated, depressed, and stressed out. But, i am making an effort, by at the very least, blogging here. I know I need to get a handle on this before I end up at 266 again. Thats not going to happen.
Bf's brothers wedding is on the 23rd of August and Im going to try to look as fab as I can before then.
So tomorrow, I start a new. I have healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner items in place to keep me on track. Im back for good. WISH ME LUCK girls, PLEASE i really need it.

Good Luck!
Why is it so dang hard to stay consistent with eatting and exercising right? I've done so great for so long without much struggle and now suddenly every day is a huge battle just to not gain weight back. Sounds like you are kinda feeling the same thing. We CAN do it! You've done so great to get where you are and lose all the weight you have. Just focus on one good day at a time.

Good to have you back!
I took some time off myself and gained the weight I lost back. The good thing is your back, and even if your aren't 100% motivated I know you and do this!!! Keep it up!! You can do it!

You can do it!!
When everything is spinning out of control it is hard to stay focused on diet and exercise!! I easily gained 30 pounds during my separation and divorce simply because I didn't care anymore. It's great to see you blogging and getting back on track!!

You can do it!
Welcome back!
Glad to see you blogging again. I understand you are not feeling the motivation and you need support. I believe in you. Look at what you have accomplished so far! Life happens and you are back... you need to come back with a kick butt attitude. Kick that muffin top to the curb girl! Remember this is a lifestyle change NOT a diet. Crap happens... and it will continue.. just work through it!
Plan your meals... if temptation strikes... if you cannot say no, take a bite and trash the rest. This may be tmi but I have chewed something up and spit it in the trash.(damn krispy kreme doughnuts!)
Make a deal with yourself.... if you work out everyday this week and make healthy meal choices splurge on an affordable piece of jewelry you want. Short term attainable goals is the key. Do the work even if you aren't motivated and it will become habit again. I go through these ups and downs too... I just tell myself... do it anyway and eventually I get back in the groove. I also keep a picture of me at my heaviest in my wallet. Everytime I go for the debit card I see it... talk about self motivation at the drive thru! :-)
Good luck and remember you motivate me and alot of others on this board!
