The F*cking Scale

Today was the first day in over six weeks i stepped on the scale.  Im  up.  A LOT!  10.4 lbs to be exact.

But i am owning it.  Yes i even recorded it in my weight chart.  I decided last night... t hat no matter what showed up on the scale this morning...i am starting new, fresh.  May 1st and a brand new me.

No more excuses, late night eating, or secret snacking.  None of it.  If i keep going the way i was... im going to put back on all the weight and then some.

NO WAY thats going to happen.

Heya...

you had two posts which was strange???  You can get through this girl!  Do you know what the stem of the problem is?????  (((hugs))))  I'm here for you.

You Can Do It

I know you can do it.  You are a strong girls with lots of motivation.  I hope things are going better and you have the support you need from those around you!

Fresh

You even deleted all your old posts.  WOW!  You can do this girl!

Funny....

I was thinking about you this morning on my way to work wondering where you were and I was going to send you a message......but then I came this morning and here you are.

Stupid scale!  You know what will make you feel better?

1.  Take scale from current location (bathroom, bedroom, etc.)

2.  Walk outside to your car

3.  Place said scale under a tire of your choice.

4.  Drive over said scale.

5.  Place car in reverse

6.  Drive over said scale again

7.  Repeat #4-6 as needed.

Seriously....you are an amazing girl. You CAN do this.  I am glad you owned it and you can now move forward.  Stop this in it's tracks now and remember how very very far you have come.

xoxo

great outlook

that's great that you are owning up to it and doing something about it, i know that it is so easy to let 10 lbs turn in to 20 or 30 before even realizing it. You've come so far already (really, your before and after pictures are seriously inspirational to me), don't let anything stop you from getting to where you want to be.

I agree with Karrie!

Run over the scale...lmao!

Ok, you know you can do this!  I'm sorry the scale is up, but if anyone has the chutzpah to get back in the game...it;s you girl!
