Time to start
Well, after struggling with myself and after many ups and downs, I am mentally ready to start my wt loss journey while I am about to go and see my family.I will watch carefully what I eat and although , I will not do any exercise for almost one month, I will be carefull about my eating.
Diana and Azy and Lili jan, I can't see your comments but I found your messages in my mailbox.Sorry If I found them late.
Here in New Zealand, we see many obes people, most of them are from Pacific Islands and a big number are Maori people, It is good to change lifestyle .It is necessary to change lifestyle for everyone including me!

I am creating a better image
You know what?
I am trying these days to avoid extra calories while I am not a big fan of dieting . I beleive that we should do regular exerciese and mainly loose weight by doing exercise rather than counting calories.It is acually good to cound calories at the beginning to have a better estimate of the daily consumption but we shouldnot be obssesive about that.BUT if you want to loose certain amount of wt, in a specified period of time, you need to be very paritcular about that.I already have sent the "fat lady image down" and right now , I am ready to move on to the next stage of my wt loss journey.
Bye and dont forget to do your daily exercise.

FAT JUMPING LADY IN THE MIRROR!
Sounds scarry?funny or what ?
Today , I looked at my naked body in the mirror and was terrified how much fat surronds my back and abdomen and legs.I jumped up while looking in the mirror and was really upset to see loads of fat moving in an ugly way around!!! it was really terrible.I think at least 30%of my body is fat!!!!
Dear friend who look for inspiration,go infront the mirror and while there is nobody around , take off your dress and look at your naked body in the mirror so you will find enough inspiration to do something.!!!!This is my big advice to you.I did today to take some secret photo of myself to keep just for my own personal records(I want to compare tham with my future photos and see how much improvement I will get .I had the courage to take photo!!
THIS IS MY HONEST AND FRIENDLY ADVICE FOR WHOEVER LOOKS FOR INSPIRATION
Dont look and judge your body shape in the mirror with beautiful drease and while you are dressed up.Listen to the mirror , it is the honest commentator you can find about your appearnce and body.DONT ASK ANYONE ELSE 's COMMENTS!I have had bunch of friends who always used to tell me that I am attractive and am not fat .But the lady in the mirror I visited today was a middle-aged fat puffy lady who reminded me of some classical paintings in the past (the ones drawn of fat naked women!.Da vinci or whoever's ones!!)
I am telling you it is worhthwile trying .But dont let it to affect your self esteem.YOU CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
It is not a joke ! just do it and you will see the miracle will happen to you as you will feel the disaster from your deep inside and it will help you.
It will help you dear friend BELEIVE ME

I start again
Dear All
I start again.I wasnot successful till next week .But , I reaslised that I had set my goal in a very unrealistic way.I am going to set a new more feasible and achievable goal so, I am going to start from the scratch and see how it goes.I started counting the calories and doing some exerciese last week.It paid off and although I lost only 200 grams, I have achieved something.I also will change the title of my blog to some more simple ones and will stick to at least half an hour exercise everyday.Honestly , my little daughter encourages me alot and she does exercise with me everyday.I should make my decision and see wether I want to be an overweight lady for the rest of my life or be a fitt one.I should also dont disappoint my 9 years old daughter.

Hi to All
I just created my weblog. My main goal is to be fitter. To be honest, I also want to look younger and improve my life. I am determind to reach my goal. Please be with me during my journey . Any comment or suggestion is most welcome. I dont know how to type in farsi so I have to type in English. I came to know about the Anar 's amazing group by Mehrvash blog and now I feel that I have found many good friends .I am looking forward to find more and more friends so we can learn from eachother.
