On Plan Perfection!
I finally did it. After days of *almost* getting there, I ate perfectly yesterday.... And then mucked it up today.

I have got to get a grip on my self-control. But it is so hard when I have no time and lunch is being offered to me by my work. Oh yeah, I am also working thru lunch and dinner too. In fact, it is almost 9 PM my time here and I am STILL AT THE OFFICE.
So even though I brought my nice healthy lunch, I don't have the time to prepare it so what do I do? Accept the handouts of pizza. Blech. And then of course, that snowballs into many handfuls of M&Ms at the assistant's desk. Evil I tell you. And WHY must I be an all-or-nothing girl?
I really need to get some control on this before it really becomes a problem. I am home to go run and think of a solution...

Emergency Foods
Stock 'em. Its the only thing that helps me. If pizza is offered and I have nothing else, do I politely eat one piece? No. I'll go hog wild. I, too, have that all-or-nothing mindset. At work I now have my own private stash of food that doesn't need to be prepared (wheat crackers, tuna in small cups, rice in small cups, sweet potatoes, dried fruit and other snacks).
Don't beat yourself up (I know, pot calling the kettle black here). Learn from your mistakes and move on.

Running
Will help you to think things thru and to get you on the path that you want to be on. IMO, it is a lot about availability and tiredness. If one is tired and other easier food is available for consumption, then one will eat it. All you can do is you best. Think about the M&Ms BEFORE you put them in your mouth. Think about how much work you are thwarting by eating them. Just think it through. You are almost where you want to be. Give it the last big push to get there!! Hugs! :o)

you look amazing...
i cannot give you any advice. i have fallen off the wagon big time. you have made major progress! i too have the all or nothing attitude. i gave up all of the foods i loved and lost weight, then started eating them again, and gained the weight back. you exercise consistently and eat properly the majority of the time, isnt that all that is required to maintain?keep up the great work!
