Saturday and at work, as usual
Despite the freezing temps, everyone was excited. Even though I don't understand a THING about football, I always enjoy the experience when it's my kids out there. | Height: | 175.3cm |

Remember your mantra... look after your body so rest when you can and eat right for the situation slow releasing carbs complex carbs for before your shows so your blood sugar is stable and not making you crave sugar to stay awake... fuel it, for what it needs to do and youll rock it!
Glad you've found something to make you care what you do to your body - I am still waiting for that to happen lol.
I have something to motivate me to lose the weight, but am not sure what's going to make me keep it off!!
Your mantra won't work for me as I am riddled with health issues, so my body clearly doesn't work nearly as well as yours LMAO!!
Perhaps if I am less ill when I weigh less, I will be motivated to keep it that way??
Still waiting!!
Hope you manage to find time for a bit of a rest during your hectic week xx
