Nothing new to report.
I sincerely doubt I will lose any weight this week as I really have not put in the exercise, make that, had any exercise and although I have a (fairly) healthy balanced diet, I have not cut back as I should to actually kick start my weight loss.
Starting this blog has been good, it has made me much more aware of what I put in my mouth so I guess that is a start.
I've been a bit stressed and on edge this week, I am not sure why.
I guess I am a bit stressed about work and I am missing my boyfriend, a lot. He lives 3 hours drive away and it's not always going to be easy to be far away from someone you love.
Meh.
Here's to a fabulous, motivated week next week!

Baby steps
It's all about baby steps on the weight loss journey. So you didn't exercise so much. You watched what you ate, and that is just as important! Be proud of yourself for your accomplishment - I'm proud of you!

About the formatting....
I'm not sure why it is doing that. It could be that if you hold down the shift key while you hit enter (return) that it will override whatever is causing it to not give you a returen.
If that doesn't work, you could send a quick note to the site administrators. I've heard they are very prompt in getting back to people.
