Another day...
a little exercise. (AND IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME WITH THE FORMATTING OF THIS BLOG PLEASE LET ME KNOW, I AM PUTTING SPACES IN BUT THEY ARE NOT APPEARING!) I had an early-ish meeting this morning and then another one a couple of streets away. Well... it looked like a couple of streets away on the map. I was in Castle Hill and let me tell you, I think very few people walk in that area so there were no sealed footpaths! And it rained all day yesterday so the ground was very wet and muddy. So I walked for half an hour in the mud, in stilettos. Does that count as a bit of exercise? Food wise I had a very similar day as yesterday.... Morning 2 pieces of Soy-lin toast with low fat spread and 1/4 avocado 1 x cup of tea - dash of skim milk 1 x small glass of oj - 1/3 water Mid morning 1 x small banana Lunch Wrap - 1 x slice of silverside, tomato, cucumber and spinach with dijonaisse... and cheese... oops Afternoon 1 x mandarin 1 x green tea 1 x tomato Dinner 1 x "Fruit Cup" cordial Pumpkin, carrot, sweet potato, pea and corn mash (Try this, it is YUM!) "Portugese chicken" - It was a packet sauce and we just added chicken, canned tomato, capsicum and onion. Does anyone know if those packet sauces are bad? We figured out we could make our own anyway with basil, rosemary and tumeric so we will make it fresh next time. Hope you all had a healthy day :) **Edit** Ok... so we have run out of low fat cookies, I usually have one after dinner with a cup of peppermint tea... but we are oooooooutttt... The horror. So now I have eaten 2 slices of "Fruit and Muesli" toast by Burgen, it has 979kJ per serve... is that bad? Kilojoules mean nothing to me.... check out this link... izzit bad? http://www.burgen.com.au/burgen_html/products_fruitmuesli.htm xx
