Sorry about the formatting.. I have no fricking idea
Not off to the best start today, I was unable to walk to work as it was bucketing down freezing rain and hail :-o I had wet feet all day and I didn't even walk. Bummer. It put me in an incedibly bad mood, having wet feet. I wrote down everything I ate. I feel like I am a relatively healthy eater, but maybe I just eat too much? After looking at this I realised I drink a LOT of fluid. Breakfast: 2 slices of Soy-lin toast with low fat spread and 2 poached eggs. 1 x cup of English breakfast tea with dash of skim milk 1 x small glass of juice, 1/3 water Mid morning: 1 x small banana 1 x large skim latte 1 x green tea Lunch: Wholemeal wrap with: 1 x slice of silverside, tomato, spinach, cucumber, low fat dijionaisse and 2 low fat slices of cheese (less that 2 grams of fat for both of them) Mid-Afternoon: 150 grms fresh cherries 1 x Green Tea Late Afternoon: Peppermint Tea 1 Weight Watchers cookie I also drank about 6 large glasses of water, although there is a lot of liquid there, this is very normal for me. 1 tea, 1 coffee then herbal teas and water for the rest of the day. For dinner we are having grilled steak with a mash made out of pumpkin, sweet potato and peas. This is a fairly normal day for me, but by making my wrap instead of buying it, I was able to limit the meat to one slice, whereas when I buy a wrap they put a lot on. I also don't have the cheese or dijionaisse every day, usually once or twice a week. I feel like my food intake is ok actually, apart from on the weekends... I tend to "treat" myself and sometimes it can go overboard. Not to the degree where I am stuffing myself, I just eat shit. Where I am really lacking, is my EXERCISE. I have changed my weight after weighing myself this morning and am about to review my height. :) Hopefully tomorrow will be nice and I can walk to work, though it is not looking very hopeful right now :(
