well its my wedding anniversary and one of my goal dates, my aim was to be 14st 7lbs today and at weigh in i am 14st 6lbs so i am happy.
Hubby has been off this week and we were supposed to be off out for lunch today but my tv is coming back woohoo lol, i have missed it. so will probably have aday in the house hten tonight its the usual round of kids activities.

where has it gone
january that is, i can't believe that tomorrow we will be into february
still going well with my redone plans. Hubby is off this week so it shoudl actually make it a bit easier to exercise through the weeks as i need to fit it in when eva is sleeping but she is readjusting her sleep pattern just now so i never know from one day to the next what she is up to, but with him off he can amuse her.
i have been comtemplating rejoining hte gym, i was a member of Curves gym before i had eva and cancelled my mebership when i was pregnant as i had bad SPD and couldnt' go so i have been thinking of rejoining but my curves had rubbish opening times so unless they have changed i might need to find a new one.

aaarghh
well it will be at least 10 days before i can get back to the shred as my telly is away until then to get repaired, its getting a new screen put in so fingers crossed we won't have the same problem again. so exercise wise its the treadmill or the wii for wii fit or TBL.
Speakingof TBL i spent saturday catching up on the first 3 episodes of season 9 with reactions varying between crying at jillian helping hte lady overcome her fear and just basically shouting at the red and green teams lol. i caught up with episode 4 today and the shouting continued but it looks like it will be a good series with a few characters in there.
todays exercise is hte treadmill for a good walk/run as i didn't get any other exercise in today

getting back on my horse
well i have had a week of moping around being lethargic, with a 20 min walk on the treadmill 4 days out of 7 the most work i have done and paid not very much attention to my diet, but realised that i have no control over the things that have made me feel down so theres no benefit to me moping when i can't change htem so today is a new day where i will strive to get back to normal.
i'm not going to weigh in again until my goal date of feb 3rd, i know through lack of shredding that i wont' hit my goal but i will be happy to get to 14st 7lbs as i am sure i have put a few pounds back on that i had lost. I am also plannign to reset some of my goals as i think i am putting too much pressure on myself to be thin and i have realised i am 33 yrs old and to get back to my initial target weight (which is near hte bottom end of my healthy weight range) may not be healthy or an attractive look for me lol so i am aiming to be 9st which is heading toward the top of my healthy range, obviously subject to change as i may get to 9 and a half and feel comfortable at that, we will see.
on to plans for today, no shred as i have a region one dvd so i need to play it on the PS3 but due to the tv being away to get fixed i can't connect it to the one we are using as it has no hd port on it so it will be either TBL game or some work on wiifit, then 30 min walk on the treadmill tonight
food wise i am having/had
brekkie - cereal, milk, activia yoghurt (the blueberry is yummy), apple and a glass of water
lunch - WW soup and 2 slices of WW bread, orange and water
dinner - pork stirfry
supper - 2 slices toast with cold ham

aww well
looks like my exercise will be restricted to my treadmill this week, my tv has been acting up and this mornign it wouldn't come on so no shred, no wii for me, its getting collected tomorrow to get repaired but this is the second time this has happened so i'm hoping htey replace it instead. This is the only item i have ever taken out breakdown cover on and i am so glad i did lol.
so feeling more positive about things today and its onwards and upwards lol,
treadmill last night i took a leaf out of hevs book and started the C25K programme so did my first stint on the treadmill last night, walking pace an average of 4k/h and running sections an average of 6k/h, i find if i go any slower it's too slow for me.
plan for today is housework since i have no telly to keep me occupied and a walk to my nephews to see him and then a half hour walk on the treadmill tonight

hey hey hey
well i didn't weigh in this week, i liked seeing hte big loss so i have decided to do fortnightly weigh ins as tiny numbers make me miserable lol.
its been a weary week i have had lots of things going on so everything has been a bit sidetracked apart from my treadmill which i am still doing 6 nights out of 7 so i am still getting exercise in but everythign else ahs kind of fell by the wayside as i have jsut not been in the mood :(
but no more feeling miserable i am back to normal and getting stuck into things

i'm knackered
Feeling very tired this morning, eva isn't feeling too great again and has been up sick through the night so not really had much sleep, hoping for a restful day today but we will see.
plans are to do my shred this morning and then some work on the treadmill tonight but will see how i feel.
Speakingof treadmill i completed my mile in 17mins 50 secs last night taking 38secs off my previous time,

am i crazy lol
well i have signed myself and my two daughters up for the race for Life in glasgow this year, my 2 DD's are only 12 and 11 so we will be walking/jogging instead of running it, but as its a charity close to our hearts (my dad died from asbestos related cancer) so we are just happy to be taking part in ti together, also have some friends planning on doing it alongside us as well.
on to my day
TBL game, weigh in and challenge which i won both of, have put a pound on from my weigh in the other day but could be water/anythign so i'm not fussed about it jsut now
still have my shred to do, planning on moving on to level 2 today as i am getting a bit bored with level 1
also going to do some work on teh treadmill today as well

It's sunday
well sunday is here again :( i like sudnays but hate what they signify, everyone is back to normal tomorrow and it is normal normal for us, the kids clubs all go back so it will be busy busy, running in dropping off here and htere its neverending lol
plan for today is
shred day5
TBL game
treadmill work
and maybe a walk with the kids and dog depending on how i feel
have a sunny sunday ( i wish)
