looking forward
woohoo started my fitness again yesterday and have worked out how to use my slow cooker so everything is good. went out on my bike today too and actually enjoyed it. hope i've lost some weight at the end of the week on friday, i've been really good (well apart from fri and sat) !!!!!!!

slowing down!!!!
well I've not rea;ly been pulling my weight apart from a 30 minute workout on monday and walking to work each day I haven't done anymore excercise. had 2 takeaways but only because i had no healthy food left (or anything else either lol) but I've been shopping again today and my fridge is full of healthy food.
Going running tomorrow again to get back in to it, had too many days off. On a good note I have lost 5lbs though woohoo. not sure i'll see the same next week though. fingers crossed i'll at least lose 1lb.

The Beginning 12 Stone!!!!!
Well i'm on day 3 since I decided enough was enough, I've turned down a takeaway, ordered healthy food from asda including salad (which i hate) and started running. Here's what i've done so far:
Monday: 20 mins running
Tuesday: 20 mins running / 30 mins workout
Wednesday: Walked Jess for 30 mins
Thursday: planning to run again and do a workout
