I know I can't starve myself,, I know that won't work, but I'm just not hungry yet. I totally overdid it yesterday.. I am not doing that again!!

I know I can't starve myself,, I know that won't work, but I'm just not hungry yet. I totally overdid it yesterday.. I am not doing that again!!
So I was in ND for 2 weeks and I ate a LOT. A lot of stuff I would not eat here.. I also did not have time to work out. Basically I did nothing.
We had chinese twice
We had steak dinners (with potatoes and salad) like 3 times
Pizza
We went to a buffet
Some DELICIOUS Mexican

YOU name it.. I ate it.. and don't forget Grandma's cake/cookies.
Now, I know vacation doesn't mean a vacation from my diet, but seriously when I go home it's like I don't have time to cook and I'm not eating just salads for two weeks AND when we pay so much for the food I'm going to eat it right?! GRANDMA made those cookies for me!!
So I'm up to 158 now.. I weighed in at 163 last nite after 10 hours in the car.. But that's gone now! :) I feel really bloated today like I usually do after long car rides.. So we'll see tomorrow how things are.
I will be back on track starting TODAY!

Turkey/Cheese sandwhich with light mayo on white (I know, I know, should be wheat.. I don't have any though). 5 vegetable Ritz Crackers, 5 carrot sticks with green onion dip, and milk.
Turkey = 50 Calories
Bread = 120 Calories
Mayo = 100 Calories *wasn't light I GUESS*
Carrots = 40 Calories
Dip = 60 Calories
Cheese = 70 Calorie
HUG E milk = 200 calories
