well im just goin to get right into it,

im 18 and i weigh 10 stone, i feel absolutely horrible! i used be 8 and a half and i gained all this weight after i started on the contraceptive pill. ive been really dieting the last few months and my weight is going up and down but just keeps goin back up to 145 theres no shedding it. this i think- is down to the pill ! ive been running ad watching wat i eat but its not doin any good...feelin pretty low :(

i used to love my body and show off my abs in little tops , now that its gone im gutted :(
