bad blogger
Wow, just realized I haven't blogged in nine whole days. Great news, My ex-husband emailed me and wants to see the kids. Looks like we will be headed to Alabama in March. I am so excited for them. They haven't seen their dad in five years, how sad is that? I am doing well in the exercise and food department. I have been walking mostly the past few weeks and am feeling good. The sun was out a couple of days ago and felt so nice. I can't wait for the warmer weather to start. I have a ton of work to do today. Will check in on everyone over the weekend.

I'm glad you are happy to let your kids see their Dad. So many women or men for that matter would be bitter for a parent not seeing their kids for that long...I know I was and at first I balked letting him back in too easy. For my kids it was an even shorter time period. But I found having him involved was much less worry for me and it is good for my kids. We've even become friends!
Good job - you're a good Momma and it shows in all you say about and do with your kids.

I so wish my son's ex would be happy he wants to see his son, instead of ...oh well. Hope the reunion goes well and is everything they hope it is. And if the bastard backs out...serve his "jewels" at a Montana style bar b que

I have a confession! I'm a bad blogger too...its just not a enough time in the day..uggghhhh...we shall do better! Oh my gosh your coming to Albama in March...we might have to meet up..I'm not far from Alabama..even though I'm in Atlanta..I live in the outskirts..and we go to Alabama all the time to the Casino!!

I'm very happy to hear that your kids will get to visit their dad soon.
Thanks for checking in on me. I'm still hanging in at 170 but we're starting a new session of Weight Watchers at Work (with a new leader); so maybe that will be the extra push I need to get back on track.
