getting Better
the last two days have been really motivating me my shorts are bigger on me. Also ive lbeen getting better at learning to control my eating habits. My school had a food tasting thing yesterday, and it went very well i ate 4 small portions of food and drank 3 glasses of water and when i was no longer hungry i didnt eat i felt so good. Then later that evening i really wanted popcorn so i popped myself a bag, but when i brought it over to where i was sitting i didnt feel good about eating it :) so i didnt. Today was a bit harder i got my school's baked fries (only 4g of fat per serving) and i didnt even eat a whole serving even though i wanted to. For dinner i wanted a chicken pot pie but instead of buying it i ate a serving of chicken and dumpling soup by cambells which has 10 less grams of fat per serving even though it was still seven grams of fat total. then i wanted one of the tacos my mom made my liitle brother, who can eat anything he want and lose weight instead of gaining it, i took a bite and then i spit it out im getting better, but im still scared to go the scale. One week down many to go :)
