good day
yesterday was the first day of me following the plan the nutritionist gave me ... it went really well i was surprised bc i thought i would be hungry but the reality was that i felt fine all day .. and that was with a hard workout in the morning... this morning i am going to just do some yoga and then head to work... maybe the gym after depending on how things are going... hope everyone is well...

good day
work was hellish but i went to the nutritionist cant wait til i can look at how i will work the plan and the food exchanges but i have to get to my workout class soon so that will be later on tonights mission... i can do this.... we are looking at a 20 -30lb weight loss and i can agree with that number so we shall see ....

today i am going to meet with the nutritionist should be interesting looking forward to it... hoping that it helps me gain perspective on somet things... yesterday was early morning cross training and that class kicks my butt... hope everyone is doing well

cardio club & crunch and punch
so tonight was my usual crunch and punch class at the gym i really enjoy this class where I can take out all of my frustration from work on the punching bag... then tonight was the first night of cardio club they asked us what our goals were and we ran a mile to see what our times were... i ran it in 8:32 which was pretty good considering its been a long time since i ran... i am feeling content and focused at the moment and i made an appt with a nutritionist on weds morning so we shall see...

yoga meltdown
picked up the jillian michael's dvd yoga meltdown yesterday and tried it this morning and i have been struggling with a morning workout since i go to the gym for classes after work ... well tried it today and loved it i used to attend yoga classes regularly until the teacher moved her studio farther away... it got me moving and i feel energized this morning.... terrible sinus infection going on right now but that workout definately helped drain some of that....
tonight its crunch and punch and then first day of cardio club at my gym its an outdoor workout that gets people running... definately excited!

onward
so i got on the scale bright and early bc the 192 was an estimate yesterday... and the scale said 188 ... i can do this appropriately.... Sunday's will be by WI day which will hopefully assist with will power on satrudays or not really will power but just being more conscious of my choices.... i am still not feeling well so not sure whats going to happen in terms of working out today if anything... i am currently going to a gym about 4 times a week for cross training and boxing classes... they are starting a free cardio club as well and looking to begin that this month... i got this....

starting over ... again
I just deleted 3 years of posts.... new start... i was a lifetime ww member who abused the points to the point where i stopped getting my period... and i thought i was healthy... i have binged purged and over exercised to the point that i am lucky i have not done serious damage to my body.... and now i am back to my highest weight ever.... no gimmicks no systems... just going to work out and be mindful of what i am eating.... lets see how it goes this time....
