well today is just a wash in terms of food no all out binging occurred but i definately didnt follow my plan... tomorrow is back at it and looking to start doing some more workouts from home as well as the classes at the gym.. next sunday is my half marathon so i need to get it together and mentally prepare... did get lots of cleaning done today though so thats a good thing....
