up super early .. so i got on the scale and the verdict is ...... 185
 
I'll take it... bc honestly its only been since weds that i was following the nutritionist plan... i am loving how easy it is and i was very afraid that I would feel hungry all of the time super happy that is not happening...
 
on the down side i have been taking antibiotics all wee due to a terrible sinus infection and how my eye is all messed up... i am hopings its jus allergies but ewww
 
 
ok time to get some things done then i have to head into work for a bit today...

Antibiotics usually cause water retention, so drink lots of water, and it will be gone along with the infection, in no time!
