Pedometer
So I got my pedometer working (I think). I'm now recording my steps at the end of every day. I figure if I can hit 10,000 steps in one day, I have to find a way to reward myself. Monday was 3410 and Tuesday was 964 (don't think it was working right on Tuesday). It's 6pm on Wednesday, and right now I'm at 1383, so now I know where my baseline is. I've always been curious as to how many steps I actually take in a day. As I said in my previous post, I'm not sure how accurate this thing is, as I bought it on clearance at Target, but it's better than nothing. I'm down 2 pounds since I "restarted" and I'm very happy about that. 2 pounds is 2 pounds.
Well, here's to hopefully another pound this week.
