Sunday night
So overall I think I had a good week. I kept track of ALL of my points, even all weekend, which is definitely my weak point. I hope my efforts show on the scale tomorrow morning. Either way, when I went to the grocery store, I definitely stocked up on better foods so I can be better prepared throughout the week. I usually end up saving my flex points for one or two days during the week, but this week I tended to use maybe a few each day, and I did't use them all up, so I think that's a good thing. I also have a pedometer now, so I'm trying to figure out how to work it (not a high-tech one...I got it for $1 at Target!). Wish my luck with that one.
Anyways, I am SO thankful that this is a 4 day week. I think I've decided to take an entire week off in August (eventhough we won't be leaving for our vacation until Tuesday afternoon)...I need a few mental health days where I do NOT check my work email or log onto the messenger service we use. By that point, there will be someone else helping me out, and I think they can survive a week without me. I haven't had more than 2 days off work since I got married, almost 3 years ago!
Well, I should get going. I need to put the laundry away and get to bed at a decent time, as I did not get to catch up on my deprived sleep all weekend.
