Sooo...not sure if anyone will read this or not, but I figured I could use this as a place just to journal how I am doing, and any good/bad things going on with my weight loss journey.
Today was hard at work. I drank coffee on my way in (with Spenda, of course!) and didn't even get to eat my Special K bar until about 10. I finally sat down to eat lunch around 3. I was starving by the time I came home at 7:30! So I ate a 100 calorie pack of cheetos, and my husband wanted pizza. I was tempted to eat my four slices (that would have been half of a large pizza!) but instead I ate three, and they were all loaded with veggies and thin crust, so I was able to stay within my points range today. Go me! Tomorrow night we have class, so I get to add 5 points to my daily intake. That makes exercise even more worthwhile!
