End of the day
So, after my salt water flush this morning, I was feeling sick all day. I did manage to have 2 oranges for lunch, 2 pluots for a snack, then three oranges for dinner. That's all I ate today, though. Must eat more tomorrow.

Hope you're feeling better. Has the salt water flush helped? A couple of years ago I went to an ayurvedic camp where we had to do all these detox things at 6:00 A.M. - the salt water flush was one of them. BUT we never kept the water down. We had to squat (not sure why) and drink like 6-7 glasses of lukewarm salty water and then throw it up. Did this about twice a week. I hated it coz it made me feel a little light headed, but also made my whole digestive system feel really light. It's supposed to wash out your stomach... Can't say I've had the guts to try it again though!!
For regularity, I would highly recommend isabgol - aka psyliium husk. Have the unrefined version for better results. It ALWAYS works for me - and doesn't have results quite as drastic!!
All the best :-)
Yeuck!! Wouldn't fibre, prunes, water, fruit & veg and some supplements help?
I do sympathise though - I find it really hard to deal with, and I only find that bran for breakfast, lots of water and the occasional Dulco-lax tablet helps me!
Yeah, I think the salt water would make me gag too.
Maybe you could try some benefiber to help keep things moving?
Good Luck! :)
