Lazy Lazy Lazy
When I get lazy, I eat crap food. Take yesterday, for instance. I had a Lean Cuisine for breakfast, a Lean Cuisine for...ummmm...a snack? Then I had a Hot Pocket Calzone for a late lunch. Then I had an Ultimate Chicken Grill from Wendys for dinner. The Wendys burger really isn't all that bad, but they made it with a white bun instead of the usual wheat, so not only did it not taste as good, but it was worse for me! Sucks. I also had half of my DH's Monster energy drink at dinner. Now, you read how I gave up coffee a while back, right? I've had almost ZERO caffeine since giving it up. That half of an energy drink kept me up until 4:30 this morning...this after only getting three hours of sleep the night before! Such a bad idea. Not only that, but this morning I was craving coffee something terrible. I walked past the Starbucks at our grocery store this morning and wanted to cry. I wanted it SO badly. I was good though and resisted!
So, onto today's food. Ummmm...yeah. Do you know what pan de ube is? It's yummy. I had three of them. They're not good for me. I also had some sushi, which, if it was made with brown rice would be fine, but it's not, so it's not all that good for me . I'm currently drinking a Green Machine from Naked Juice. Healthy, yet not. Fruit juice is never really good for you. This one has broccoli and spirulina and barley and stuff like that in it, so better for you than say a Juicy Juice or something, but still, it has a lot of sugar in it.
I bought a new fruit today! The grocery store had velvet black apricots. They looked very interesting, so I bought a few to try out. I'll let you know what I think of them! I also bought some organic strawberries, organic grapes, organic cucumbers and...something else I can't think of right now, but it's yummy and organic. lol
Oh, I might mention that after eating absolutely nothing raw yesterday, I felt SO sick and terrible. Yeah, my body certainly didn't like what I was putting in it.
Tonight I'm going to Dream Dinners to make some meals for my family for the next few weeks, so at least I won't have to worry about "What's for dinner?" syndrome for a while! Yay! Sounds like a good time to start the 30 day challenge, don't you think?
