4lbs Ah well - I was on holiday and I had a really restful lovely week with my husband. Weight back up to 15st 9lbs (ouch).
I got back on the wagon today though - my first good day since the end of June.
Calorie intake was 1722 - and I walked over 22,250 steps - so all in I'm feeling positive.
I'm going to log my food intake this week just to get me back on the straight and narrow - I apologise now for the lack of fruit/veg - I will start eating more of the healthy stuff.
Breakfast: Nutri-Grain Bar - 129 cals
Lunch: Ham Sandwich with Salad cream - 514 cals Crunchie - 186 cals Walkers Snaps - 91 cals
Tea: Tesco Healthy Living Lasagne - 441 cals Raspberries - 73 cals Lime Push Up Lolly - 61 cals
My first day back at work went ok - I think the tablets have kicked in as I was feeling mellow and let it all flow over me instead of getting stressed out and snappy.
I am going to have a good week and I will have a weight loss next Monday!
My walking/exercise has greatly improved over the past few weeks and I'm up to around 20,000 steps a day. God knows how I managed 25,000 - 30,000 steps a day - it seems impossible right now! The jogging has gone out the window too.
My diet is terrible at the moment - I think I'm on the "see food and eat it diet".
My goal is start afresh on the 3rd Sept as I'm on holiday all week with hubby and we have things planned.
I still weigh less than when I started Fitbug in March (14lbs to be exact), which doesn't seem a lot - but at least it's not a gain.
I have to start focussing on my goals. I have my first bridesmaid dress fitting at the end of October - so I'm hoping to lose a few inches by then. I know I can do it - I just have to kick my ass into gear.
It's been a tough few weeks. My motivation went out the window and I've found it really hard to get it back.
I am still without my Fitbug and am waiting to see when I'll get it back or a new one. So don't know when it will be.
But this week I managed to get my eating back under control. I had gained 8lbs over two weeks - but this week I managed to lose 5lbs of it. I haven't gone mad over the exercise - I've just concentrated on what I've been eating.
The family protrait is on Saturday and I've bought a black dress - hubby likes it so hopefully I won't look so bad.
I'm weighing in at 14st 2lbs - hoping to get back into the 13's next week or the week after.
I'm out of the habit or walking/jogging - so must start again from scratch - but hoping this time it won't feel as bad.
Well I had a really bad week last week diet wise. I just couldn't get my head around it and in the end it just all went to pot. I gained 4lbs this week - which takes me back up to 14st 3lbs
So many things have gone wrong in the past two weeks - that if just one more thing happens I could just dive off the deep end.
I fell last Wednesday and hurt my knee/bruises etc - so I wasn't able to do any jogging. But hopefully I can get back on track with that this week.
I'm still without a computer at home - and am unable to upload my stats to Fitbug. This is such a downer. I can't get motivated without it. I'm still doing my steps, but my eating just isn't what it should be.
Anyway, today I've picked myself up and am hoping desparately for a better week.
Well it was WI day yesterday and I was surprised to lose 2lbs which takes me to my next goal of being in the 13's!!! I am now 13st 13lbs.
Also this week I am doing Week 6 of my jogging training - which ends this Saturday! On Saturday I'm meant to be able to jog for 25 - 30 minutes without stopping. Mmmmmmmmm I'll believe the if it happens! 14 mins last night was bad enough.
Also on Saturday I am taking part in Race for Life - which means a lovely long walk - I just hope it stops raining before then!
I am without internet access at home as my pc has had to go in for repair. I didn't realise how much I have come to depend on it - but without it I'm a bit lost!
Fitbug is still going great - I just need to pop along to my mum's this week so that I can download my stats.
My thoughts are on to my next goal which is to weigh less than hubby and he alternates between 13st 1lb - 13st 3lbs - so that's my next stone!
It is being taken in the next month or two - when everybody can get together. I was thinking of buying a dress - but I'm not a dress kinda person to be honest. I hate having my photo taken and have expressed my displeasure to no avail.
Anyway, was speaking to my sister and it's unbelievable that I only weigh 21lbs heavier than she does! Never has it been that close.
Plus there is only 11lbs between me and my hubby!!!!

Well I lost a further 2lbs this week - taking me down to 14st 1lb.
I finished week 4 of my jogging training - so I'm up to jogging for 10 mins - walking for 2 mins x 3 - but I think that changes again today.
The weather is terrible at the moment - it just won't stop raining - so walking in it isn't very nice. But I'm doing it because it's working. I'm worried that if I don't walk then I won't lose the weight.
My target is to get into the 13's in 2 weeks - so fingers crossed.
Well I wasn't expecting much today when I stepped on the scales. I've had a terrific week on holiday - been out to eat twice and a takeaway for hubby's birthday - plus it's TOTM. However, I stuck to my jogging schedule and have done plenty with the walking.
Anyway, I lost 2lbs this week taking me to 14st 3lbs - which in lbs means I am 199lbs! I am finally under the 200lb mark! I just can't believe it - I am so happy!
I've reached my first Fitbug goal of being 199lbs before 1st July.
I haven't managed 30,000 steps a day but I have been managed between 25,000 - 32,000 a day.
I'm not sure what my next goal is - I wasn't expecting to reach my first one so soon!
