What a week!
Well WI on Monday 28th Jan - saw a 3lbs loss - unfortunately today's WI saw a 2lb gain.
So still need to lose 10lbs in two weeks. I don't think that is possible - but at least it's not as bad as it was at the beginning of January.
My excuse this week - I came down with a cold last weekend, unfortunately it is still with me. I slept nearly all day Friday/Saturday/Sunday - giving me under 3,000 steps for the whole weekend. Plus I worked three 12 hr work days last week - trying to catch up on work. So my steps during the week were terrible.
I am back on track today - I don't plan on working over anytime in the foreseeable future - get no thanks for it so why should I bother. Ask me again in three weeks and see how I've managed lol - I have no backbone and even hubby calls me a "jelllyfish".
Anyway, steps wise I've been ok today - I'm hoping to achieve 15,000 steps and I have healthy tea prepared so shouldn't go over points either.
