started my phentermine and topamax yesterday at 330lbs. weighed 327.8 this morning. so far haven't noticed any real side effects other than dry mouth and thirst...no ramped up energy, i still lay down couple hours after takin meds for a nap of 2 to 3 hours...but do notice i'm not hungry. i force myself to drink 2 protein shakes during the coarse of the day, then a light dinner...we shall see what happens.
