i'm glad i came on here
had a bad few days food wise, not helped with being on courses and rushing here and there!
so i came on here read a few blogs, and you have all motivated me again!
my brain hurts from meeting and courses today, so i plan on the gym tomorrow, maybe see if rich will go for a walk with me tonight and we will have stir fry for tea tonight. so some positive choices,
i'm drinking water again, but not sure its quite enough, i'm drinking just over a litre a day, but think it needs to be 2!
need to stop taking purse to work ,as cant be tempted to go to shop! must plan do some exercise on the weekend!

You'll be fine. It is definitely harder to eat right when you're rushing around and stuff.
Since it sounds like you like to shop, maybe you could use shopping as a reward. Like you would "give" youself a certain amount of money for a certain amount of weight loss. Then you would actually get two rewards. Maybe that would give you some extra motivation plus you would be able to shop. :)

Just Keep It Going !
You're doing great ! It can be hard to fit the healthy eating and drinking water and exercise into an already jam-packed schedule. But you'll find the more you fit it in, the better you'll feel, so keep it up
