exercise crazy!

its taking me longer to get back into the swing of this loosing weight, i just weighed myself and have put on almost all the weight i lost, so here we go!

exercise this week has included:

an hours walk, sunday

35mins in the gym, monday

1hours arobics at work, tuesday

1hours belly dancing, wednesday

thursday and friday letting my legs rest  they ached so much!!)

and today saturday i have been swimming, for 25mins, and been in the sauna and steam room to sweat the pounsd off too!!

hopefully this will help me on my way to loosing that weight!!!

 i can do this! goal next week:

at least 3days of exercise, and eating much healthier!

2months!

this is it i am definately back into the swing of it all again, as of today! i am going to loose 2stone by may 24th...the day i have my fittinig for my dress!! lets DO IT!!!!!!!!

I'm back!

ok so ive been away for a while, needed to get things sorted, like my head and sort details for the wedding and just been busy busy busy running up and down the coutnry for my Granny's funeral etc. 

anyway, this is me starting a new week with my new goal! my new goal is to loose at least a stone by the wedding, small target so hopefully attainable!! seeingas i have 4months to loose it!

wow 4months already! (scary how quick time is flying!)  i'm so excited about hte wedding, i'm loving planning it!

so i'm going belly dancing this week and hope to go to the gym and for a swim at the gym too! maybe even a walk on the weekend!!! if the fog ever clears!!!

anyway best go and get tea and a bath!

sorry!

hey guys, not been on for a while, had a hectic few weeks, first time for a while been on computer! so catching up, weightloss has been up and down, but lost 1/2a pound over all so not too bad, considering the strains i been under. 

lost my granny last night, at least i know she is now at peace.  She died at the age of 90, having celebrated her birthday just over a week ago!

might not post for a while again, but will try my hardest.  keep your chin up guys and keep your goals in mind, i'm trying to do it more!

5lbs! gone!!!

well ive weighed myself this morning like a said i would yesterday as i couldnt believe my scales, and again i cant believe them, as i weighed in at 16st 13!!!!!!!!! i've done it!!! i've got below the dreaded 17!!!!! i'm on my way ladies!!! i've reached my first goal!!! i've done it! i can keep doing it! i'm just scared that as my appetite comes back that so will the pounds! but hey i'm not dwelling on that i'm the the better side of 17stone today and i'm on top of the world about it! GO ME!!!!

on a sadder note dont think i will be belly dancing this week! as this illness maybe starting to shift, but i'm still getting incredibly dizzy, and the thought of wobbling my bits at the moment, just makes me feel dizzy!! lol

think i've lost!

think i've lost another 2lbs, but i will leave it til tomorrow to weigh again, before i put it on here, i did have a slight shock when i first stepped on the scales this morning they said 13stone 1lb!!! wow 4stone gone over night, then i realised i was on a flat surface! damn it! so its just 2lbs! but if it says it again tomorrow i'll be more than happy, as i will be where i was just before Christmas! i also a bit jubious about puttin it on the graph, as i've barely eaten the last 48hours, due to this stinkin' sore throat!

oh well at least its making realise i can survive on my fat resources and there is plenty of resources there!

think i'm gunna take my measurements today and put them on here, to see if i loose inches as well as pounds, as in the long run its the inches i'm more bothered about for that dress!

hope you have had a good day to day all, even though everyone on the tv keeps saying that today is supposed to be the most depressing day of the year....oh how motivating the tv peopple are! (NOT!)

talking about TV people, i dont often get to watch 'This Morning' with Phil and Fern, i only ever get to watch it when Eamon Holmes and his wife are on it...doesnt FErn look great now she lost several stone...today she is my inspiration!  (sorry to all of you who dont know who Phil and Fern are....they are morning TV gods in Britain!!)

bad throat, tired. going to bed!

i'm glad i came on here

had a bad few days food wise, not helped with being on courses and rushing here and there!

so i came on here read a few blogs, and you have all motivated me again!

my brain hurts from meeting and courses today, so i plan on the gym tomorrow, maybe see if rich will go for a walk with me tonight and we will have stir fry for tea tonight. so some positive choices,

i'm drinking water again, but not sure its quite enough, i'm drinking just over a litre a day, but think it needs to be 2!

need to stop taking purse to work ,as cant be tempted to go to shop! must plan do some exercise on the weekend!

Belly dancing!

went belly dancing again this week, if nothing else its a great laugh!!! i'm not greatly co-ordinated so when i'm told to rotate JUST my hips, my whole body rotates! but hey i've not fallen over yet and its so funny!

thats two forms of exercise this week! go me! on the down side, Richard said he would cook tonight, and ended up treating us to fish and chips! i've been pretty good with everythign else, so hope this wont upset everything too much!

i'm finding it hard at lunch time too at the moment, as this week and next i'm doinglunches with the kids and have to eat with them! i try to eat my own lucnch first so then i dont pig out and eat loads of theirs, its supposed to be a well balanced meal, but i personally dont think they are!...but i didnt say that! lol

i'm positive about m exercise this week, and intend on either going to the gym or using the pool there again this week to tr and make 3 days of exercise in one week!

ok, best go to bed get an early night tonight!

just a quick post to say i went to the GYM!!!!

my legs ache, could be coz i aint been for months.  only there for about 35mins, but plan on building that up, that 35min more than normal!!!
